EASE-IT Heating unit & Composite Softener

      
The Ease-It is designed for warming up dental composite materials prior to use in order to improve their handling properties and also it Has no negative impact on the composite.

     
High viscous composites can be difficult to extrude from the unit-dose tips / composite syringes and to adapt and model in the cavity. Ease-It composite softener allows you a much easier handling:

The slight heating

• improves the flowability and facilitates the adaptation in thin layers and in small cavities.
• gives even “grainy” materials a smooth and uniform consistency.
• reduces the risk of creating air pockets under the restoration as well as incorporating air bubbles in the filling material.

The container can be removed from the heating unit and placed at work site. In room temperature, they will maintain the temperature of the composite for at least 10-15 minutes.

The EASE-IT Parts:

     
Heating Unit:
With electronic temperature control. Temperature can be set between 40° - 50°C (104°- 122°F) according to chosen material and individual preference. The built-in LED indicator will turn from yellow to green at the reach of the selected temperature.

Thermo-Block:
For up to either 7 pre-filled unit-dose tips or syringes.

Light protecting Jar:
Serving as a non-stick mixing pad. Can also be used for heating unit-dose tips. The lid with blue-light filter prevents premature curing of the composite material.

Inner plate:
For Ease-It jar. Can be sterilized. Can be used as color palette using the 4 fields. The 4 parts can be purchased separately according to individual needs.
