1. enCore 70/30 Combination Allograft
70% Mineralized Cortical / 30% Demineralized Allograft

enCore 70/30  (FDBA & DFDBA) combination Allograft is the first allograft particulate bone graft by combination of mineralized and demineralized bone in a single bottle.  Mineralized cortical bone provides a slowly resorbing, 3-dimensional matrix for space maintenance and demineralized osteoinductive matrix optimizes the environment for the regeneration of vital bone.

Tissue is processed by AlloTech, an FDA registered and AATB-accredited tissue bank. It is sterilized by low-dose e-beam irradiation to a sterility assurance level of 10^-6.  (No need to sterilize or re-sterilize).  

The tissue is donated human tissue. enCore allografts are processed with multiple safeguards in place to assure allograft safety. Donation process initiated by a certified organ procurement organization (OPO). Verification of donor medical records and social history screens in accordance with FDA regulations and standards published by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB).

Serological and microbiological testing is done, during recovery aseptic processing and packaging.

*Warning*

The tissue must be maintained for transplantation according to recommended storage conditions. Do not use if tissue has not been stored according to the recommended storage instructions.

Precaution:

Trace amounts of Polymyxin B sulfate, Bacitracin or Gentamicin may be present, so it should be known about the recipient antibiotic allergy before the transplantation.

It is available in 0.25-1.0mm particle size and 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.5ml volumes. 

2. enCore 50/50 Cortical & Cancellous Allograft
50% Mineralized Cortical / 50% Mineralized Cancellous Allograft

50% Mineralized Cortical Allograft and 50% Mineralized Cancellous Allograft combines slower resorbing, space maintaining cortical bone with porous, faster resorbing cancellous bone in a single bottle.

All lots are terminally sterilized by low-dose e-beam irradiation.

It is available in 0.5-1.25mm particle size and 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2.5ml volumes.

3. enCore mineralized Cortical Allograft

Mineralized cortical allograft provides a slowly resorbing, 3-dimensional matrix for space maintance during regeneration.  All lots are terminally sterilized by low-dose e-beam irradiation

It is available in 0.25-1.0mm and 1.0 -2.0mm particle sizes and 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.5ml volumes.
