Osteogenics Biomedical - Cytoplast Membrane
1. Cytoplast TXT-200 & TXT-200
Cytoplast TXT-200 & TXT-200 singles are manufactured from high-density PTFE which is designed for socket grafting to increase membrane stabilization.
It is non-resorbable, 100% dense and impervious to bacteria. Soft tissue can attach but doesn't grow through the membrane. Cytoplast TXT takes less surgical time and preserves the soft tissue structure and Keratinized mucosa.
The patented Regentex surface helps stabilize the membrane and the soft tissue flap. Hexagonal surface dimples provide a textured surface, which increases the area available for cellular attachment without increasing porosity.
2. Cytoplast RTM Collage
Cytoplast RTM Collagen is a Type-1 bovine collagen membrane which is a superior resorbable product for many surgical procedures and safe for the patients. Multi- layer construction allows tissue integration into outer layer, while preventing direct passage of bacteria and epithelial cells. It resorbs in 26-38 weeks.
3. Cytoplast Ti-150 Titanium-Reinforced
Ti-150 Titanium-reinforced is a high-density PTFE membrane which can be shaped for space maintence. The Regentex surface increases stability of membrane and can be trimmed to desired shape. Titanium frame has little memory for easy placement. The patented Regentex surface helps stabilize the membrane and the soft tissue flap. Each configuration has a grade 1 titanium frame to increase rigidity and allows for creation and preservation of space while grafting.
Ti-150 membranes are 40% thinner than Ti-250 membranes (250 microns thick)
4. Ti-250 Titanium- Reinforced (250 microns thick)
Ti-250 Titanium-Reinforced is a high-density PTFE membrane which is non-resorbable.
The membrane can be trimmed to desire shape. The patented Regentex surface helps stabilize the membrane and the soft tissue flap. Each configuration has a grade 1 titanium frame to increase rigidity and allows for creation and preservation of space when grafting.
5. Cytoplast GBR-200 & GBR-200
Cytoplast GBR-200 and GBR-200 Singles are the original Cytoplast high- density PTFE membranes. It is non-resorbable, 100% dense and impervious to bacteria. Micro-porosity of less than 0.3 µm prevents bacterial invasion and cellular penetration Soft tissue can attach the membrane but doesn't grow through the membrane.
6. OsteoMesh TM-300
OsteoMesh TM-300 is a nitride-coated mesh which is ultra-thin (0.2 mm thick).
- Highly inert nitride coating aids in tissue release upon removal
- Unused portions can be re-sterilized
- It can be repeatedly sterilized by autoclave
- High coating density with no pores to hold contaminants
- Withstands acids, bases,solvent, and high temperatures
- Pore size of 0.3 mm contains graft material while allowing tissue ingrowth
- OsteoMesh is provided non-sterile.
