rainbow Block is milling blocks from which crowns, bridges, abutments, primary parts or bar constructions are fabricated to be used in the manufacture of a dental prostheses. rainbow Block can be used for all dental constructions include bridges ≥ 4-units with up to connected pontics in the front and side tooth area.

   

Purpose of Use

rainbow Block is a dental ceramic made out of colored ZrO2(Y-TZP). Genoss Dental Ceramic Block is milled into cores of artificial teeth and then is fired in a furnace to harden the ZrO2. Then, the core is layered with porcelain, paste stain or coloring liquid to make a finished tooth.
