VladMiVa - Alumogel Hemostasis Gel

Alumogel

Alumogel is used as a hemostatic in case of capillary bleeding, for gum retraction when making imprints and treating cervical caries, for prophylaxy purpose and for treating root canals in case of apical bleeding.
 
Alumogel material is produced as two gels: Alumogel and Alumogel forte. Alumogel gels are applied without spreading on mucosa. The main component of Alumogel materials is aluminum chloride (i.e. hemostatic) which intensifies centimonium bromide featuring bactericidal effect.

For quicker hemostasis, Alumogel forte contains Fe-salts. Alumogel materials are not toxic and can be easily used. The materials do not feature irritation effect and are easily washed off.

* Alumogel (forte) material on Fe basis can change color of gum tissue for 1-2 days.
