The OcuLight  SL/SLx Laser Systems are semiconductor diode lasers that deliver true continuous wave infrared laser (810 nm) light for ophthalmic applications. Improper use of the laser system can result in adverse effects. Follow the instructions for use described in this operator manual.

 

Patients that need to perform retinal photocoagulation, glaucoma procedures or even transscleral applications will find the OcuLight SLx 810 useful and effective. The OcuLight SLx 810 nm infrared laser has three types of laser energy modalities: CW-Pulse, MicroPulse, and LongPulse. The device is particularly helpful with retinopathy of prematurity and end-stage glaucoma because of its easy-to-use interface, ergonomic properties, wide spectrum of treatment options and infrared wavelength.ntrol.
