Proteinase Inhibitor Chlorhexidine Digluconate 2%

     

The cobalt-containing 2% chlorhexidine digluconate solution, known as SepsiCob, has been designed for cavity disinfection and moistening the dentin surface before restoration. It is recommended to use this solution after completing tooth preparation or prior to sealing dentinal tubules. The cavity preparation with 2% chlorhexidine, along with the inhibition of MMP enzymes, can reduce post-restoration sensitivity.
