The oxydized Nitinol VSDO Perimembranous Zero Edge closure device is available in with hub design. The discs are in a special asymmetrical design with sizes running from 4.0 to 16 mm. The LA disc design prohibits interference with the valve and ligaments. The waist length runs from 3.5 to 5.0 mm, to avoid ‘sandwiching” and therefore heart blocks. VSD occluders are compatible with the Orbit-V delivery systems.
