Dio dental implant is a subset of Dsi company. Dsi claims that it is the best brand in korea and has had Significant growth in implant and medical instrument fields during 28 years.
Dio has two implant system:

1. SM
- Fixture model: Tapered
- Machined and RBM (Resorbable Blast Media) surface
- Double thread ---> Prevent damage to the cortical bone, enhance the initial stability
- Body thread ---> Stress distribution and cancellous bone fixation
- Effective cutting edge ---> Easy installation
- Round apex ---> Facilitate ease of insertion, reduced potential run-out and minimized bone resistance.
2. SM Narrow
- Fixture model: Tapered
- Ideal for small osteotomy site
- Solid or Cemented connection
- Fixtrure and abutment fixed hard by strong frictional force
- Mount system
- RBM or BioTite-H surface
- Diameter: 3.3 and 3.6mm and Length: 8, 10, 12 and 14 mm
3. ProTem implant system has two types: Post and Ball fixture
Post fixture features:
- Suitable for tight spaces such as the mandibular anterior
- UnibodyStructure of fixture and abutment to sufficiently endure masticular pressure
- Optimized abutment shape and size ---> Enable prosthetic installation without cutting
- Optimized body design and self-tapping function ---> Increase initial anchoring force and bone penetration
Ball fixture features:
- Used for ready installation of temporary prosthesis on patients with total or partial absence of teeth
- A simple system
- Optimized body design and self-tapping function ---> Increase initial anchoring force and bone penetration
4. Extra Wide
- Fixture model: Tapered
- Tapered design ---> Early loading and minimized bone heating
- Internal torx connection ---> More fixture-driver contact and no distoration with high torque
- No-mount system
- Compatible with te SM implant
- Platform switching
- RBM or BioTite-H surface
5. UF
UF is the newest product of Dio and it has some advantages vs SM, include:
- Identical driver for all sizes
- Hex connection
UF features:
- Fixture model: Tapered
- Platform Switching ---> Minimize peri-implant bone loss
- Optimal thread design ---> Self-tapping threads and primary stability
- Superior connection ---> Resistance toward micromovments
- Tapered fixture design ---> Compress the bone during insertion and miximize the initial mechanical stability
- Non-invasive and round apical portion ---> Safety
- Increase surface area of contact between the abutment and fixture ---> Minimize micro-leakage
- Conical seal Hex connection
- Open thread ---> Fixture without great resistance
- Two contact points between abutment and fixture ---> Safer structure for loading

6. UF(II) Narrow
- Fixture model: Tapered
- Upper Thread ---> Taper thread and initial fixation
- Straight body ---> Decrement of bone damage
- Apical design ---> 15º taper guide
- Cutting edge ---> Sharp edge and self-tapping
- Open thread ---> Fixture placement with minimum resistance and possible to place deeper without drilling
- Tapered connection ---> Hermetic sealing and minimize bone loss
- HSA (Hybrid Sandblast & Acid etched) surface ---> Minimize pre-implantitis, induce osseointegration and long-term stability
Tissue level systems:
- IFI
- PSI
Tissue level system are compatible with iTi system, for example it is possible to use iTi abutment for IFI and PSI fixture.

- Internal Torx connection ---> More fixture and driver contact and no distortion with high torque
- Morse taper ---> Convenient abutment insertion, wide abutment contact area and high resistance to unscrewing
- Double thread ---> Prevent cortical bone loss
- Root form design ---> Stability and reduce possibility of touching adjacent teeth root during implant insertion

2. PSI
