4/0 P.G.A (Poly Glycolic Acid) Suture

SUTURES P.G.A is a Synthetic Absorbable Suture the raw material of such a Polymeric Suture is named as Poly GlyColic Acid. While coated with Polycaprolactone and Calcium Stearate and being Antigenic, the suture's raw material is not of Collagen and it lacks Pyrogene Elements. P.G.A is a violet, multifilament suture while presented in some case Undyed regarding its color. It is absorbed Hydrolized in body. This Suture causes the least Tissue Inflammations. P.G.A is absorbed while not losing 70% of its strength in the first two weeks of absorption and is completely absorbed between 50 – 80 days.
